Pinterest Friday and Spring Sales

It's Pinterest Friday AND another weekend of sales on my Etsy page!

First, Pinterest is always providing plenty of eye candy including this Fish Camp:

The color is absolutely divine!  Color brings cheerfulness to every single creative mind.  If you are worried about too much color on a house, think of adding splashes of color to the shutters or even a gate, as in this picture. If you have a summer property, that's a perfect place to experiment with color!  And it's JUST paint.  That means if you don't like it, buy another color and start over!  :)

Great markdowns are in my Dancing Bumblebee Cottage shop including:

This wonderful yellow rose-covered sewing box:

Was $12.00 NOW $9.00.  I honestly have no idea why it hasn't found a new home.  It has been up for sale for well over a year now.  Maybe it's one of those things that's prettier in person.  Nevertheless, this piece is perfect for any shabby chic farmhouse decor and it's useful, too!

Think about displaying the rose box on this step stool:

Was $24.75 NOW $17.00.  I love the quirkiness of the stool, as you can see from the various pictures in the listing.  You can tell it was someone's well-used piece. I like the look of old wood, but you could also paint this, as well.

Early ephemera always makes my heart pitter-patter and this early 1900's women's clothing catalog is so interesting to thumb through:

Was $32.50 NOW $15.00.  That's over a 50% savings!

Finally, this wonderful blue velvet lined antique eyeglass case is in very good condition:

Was $14.75 NOW $7.75.  It appears that more and more people are seeking out antique eyeglasses either for display or to change out the lenses and wear!  These old eyeglass cases are made to fit the antique glasses and it's really hard to find one in good condition.

Take advantage of these sales while they last!

Enjoy your weekend.  Paint a wall, browse through an antique shop and enjoy the next two days!

Happy hunting!  Our Etsy shop link in is the right-hand column.
